Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada is a Spanish fashion brand known for its bold use of color, playful symbolism, and joyful maximalism, deeply rooted in Spanish artistic and cultural identity. Its aesthetic combines pop art influences, surrealism, theatricality, and traditional Spanish exuberance, creating a universe filled with hearts, stars, flowers, and vibrant graphic shapes. The brand has a whimsical, optimistic, and unapologetically expressive spirit, evoking the energy of Madrid’s creative scene, contemporary art, and Mediterranean vitality. Despite its appearance, the brand carries a distinctly traditional Spanish character through its celebration of craftsmanship, emotion, passion, and dramatic visual expression, turning fashion into a form of wearable art and cultural celebration. For this campaign, created for Mother’s Day, we brought together Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada and Flabelus to develop a completely unique collaboration. Inspired by the real-life relationship between Cósima Ramírez and her mother, we created two interconnected videos linked through a playful central piece in which Ágatha repeatedly sighs the word “Flabelus,” turning the brand name into a memorable and almost hypnotic motif. Built around a charming dynamic of affectionate teasing and genuine chemistry, the campaign became a viral success, reaching up to 330,000 views while creating a long-term synergy between both brands, which continued collaborating and staying connected after the campaign.
